Ms. Carullo was born in Buffalo, NY in 1974. She graduated from Florida International University with a B.A., with honors. In 2002, she obtained her J.D. from the University Of Miami School Of Law. In 2003, Ms. Carullo was admitted to the Florida Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Carullo joined the firm Caruana & Jacobs, P.A as an associate in August 2006. Her practice involves most areas of Family Law, including complex dissolution of marriage cases, paternity, domestic violence, custody issues and settlement agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carullo worked in Court Administration in the Family Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Her most recent position was as the Director of the Family Operations

Ms. Carullo was recently invited to participate as a lecturer in Domestic Violence University, the Court's continuing education series program entitled related to Domestic Violence Issues. Ms. Carullo's presentation was "Family Law Issues and Domestic Violence."
